Fazaa initiative is one of the social initiatives in the United Arab Emirates that targets specific categories of citizens and residents of the country in order to achieve an ideal model of social solidarity and raise the level of the beneficiaries of the initiative and their families.

Who is Eligible for Fazaa Card

Those eligible for Fazaa Card in UAE include individuals in the following categories:

• Category of individuals working in the Ministry of Interior in the UAE.
• Category of individuals employed in various governmental and non-governmental sectors in Emirates.
• People of determination category.
• The category of students who receive their education in the UAE universities and colleges.

How to obtain Fazaa Card

Below are the steps for those eligible to obtain Fazaa initiative card: ^[1]

• Go to the official Fazaa Card website “from here”.
• Click on ”BECOME A MEMBER” icon.

• Enter the company code for employees or the institute or university number for students.

• Add the beneficiary’s personal data:
  • The full name of the beneficiary in Arabic.
  • The full name of the beneficiary in English.
  • The name of the beneficiary to be printed on Fazaa Card in English.
  • phone number.
  • e-mail.
  • Emirates ID number.
  • Emirates ID expiration date.
• Enter the activation number sent to the beneficiary’s phone in the field designated for it.
• Upload the required documents and proofs electronically.
• Click on the “Subscribe” icon to complete the application process.
